RusGrain Russian-Chinese agro-industrial group was established in early 2019 on the basis of the assets of several agricultural enterprises located in the Penza and Saratov regions and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The basis of the Group’s production unit is Penza Creamery LLC, located in the north-east of Penza.
The agricultural block of the Group is based on several crop production enterprises with a total portfolio of agricultural land of about 80 thousand hectares.
The infrastructure and logistics block is represented by a grain storage depot located in Penza, a storage depot located in the Sharansky district of the Republic of Belarus, a storage complex located in the territory of the Chongqing FEZ and international container train routes connecting Penza, Samara and Ufa with Chongqing. Cost for a transportation is partially subsidized by the budgets of the Russian Federation and China.
The structure of RusGrain Group's formed assets allows to offer Russian agricultural producers a unique opportunity for the existing export services market to sell their products to consumers in Central China, with a population of about 650 million people, using a remote trading platform located on the territory of the Chongqing FEZ.
